NAPERVILLE — A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Harbert US Real Estate, an investment strategy sponsored by Harbert Management Corporation, has purchased a 49,954 square-foot industrial building located at 2244 Corporate Lane in Naperville.
The 100% occupied two-tenant 20′ clear building equipped with 10 drive-in-doors is located in the robust I-88 submarket less than one mile from the four-way I-88/Rt. 59 interchange.
Adam Johnson and Tom Gnadt of NAI Hiffman represented Clear Height/HMC.
“The prime Naperville location, extensive loading capabilities and precast design made this an attractive buy,” said Ryan Maher, Director of Acquisitions, Clear Height Properties. “We will professionally manage the building to service the existing tenancy while initiating a capital improvement program to further enhance value.”
The Clear Height/HMC portfolio now includes 21 assets and about 1.5 million square feet.
